Courchevel pass or 3 Valleys pass?
Two passes are sold from Courchevel. The Courchevel Valley pass gives access to the slopes of Courchevel 1850, Courchevel Moriond 1650, Courchevel Village 1550, Courchevel Le Praz 1300 and La Tania. The 3 Valleys pass adds the neighbouring areas, such as Meribel, Les Menuires and Val Thorens.
The price gap is small in high season: 36 EUR more for a 6-day adult pass (421 EUR versus 385 EUR). In low season it rises to 70.50 EUR (378.50 EUR versus 308 EUR). If you plan to stay on the Courchevel slopes, the Valley pass is plenty; if you want to explore Meribel or Val Thorens, go straight for the 3 Valleys.

High or low season: the dates
High season runs from 19 December 2026 to 9 April 2027. Low season covers the start of the season, from opening day to 18 December 2026, and the end of the season, from 10 April 2027 to closing. Skiing in low season cuts the bill by about 20% on the Courchevel Valley pass: 308 EUR instead of 385 EUR for a 6-day adult pass.
Before locking in your dates, check the Courchevel weather by altitude: it is generally 3 to 4 degC colder in Courchevel 1850 than in Le Praz, which matters at the very start and end of the season.
Family pass: Family Flex
The Family Flex is the best deal for a family: from 3 skiers (1 to 2 adults and 1 to 6 children), for the same duration and area, everyone skis at the child rate. Price per person:
| Area | 6 days high | 7 days high | 6 days low | 7 days low |
|---|---|---|---|---|
| Courchevel Valley | 315.50 EUR | 364 EUR | 252 EUR | 290.80 EUR |
| 3 Valleys | 345 EUR | 398.30 EUR | 310 EUR | 356.50 EUR |
Example for 2 adults and 2 children, 6 days on the Courchevel Valley in high season: 1,401 EUR at the individual rate (2 x 385 EUR + 2 x 315.50 EUR), versus 1,262 EUR with Family Flex (4 x 315.50 EUR), a saving of 139 EUR.
Who skis for free?
Children under 5 ski free on both areas, on presentation of proof of age. Those over 75 ski free on the Courchevel Valley only; on the 3 Valleys, they pay the reduced rate (21 EUR a day in high season).
Season and beginner passes
For long or repeated stays, two 3 Valleys formulas exist: the 2/7 pass, at 795 EUR per person, to ski two days a week, and the Liberty pass, with a 30 EUR membership, designed for those who ski between 8 and 21 days in the season and only pay for the days skied.
To learn, the Courchevel Minipass costs 39.50 EUR a day: it is the formula designed for learning to ski. Finally, Carre Neige ski insurance can be added to a Courchevel or 3 Valleys pass.
Where to buy your pass
The easiest way is to buy online on the resort's official shop, then collect the pass for free at the self-service kiosks at the sales points. Cancellation is free, on simple request, up until the day before the first day of skiing. On site, ticket offices are notably at La Croisette in Courchevel 1850, at the Maison de Moriond, at the Alpinium in Le Praz and at La Tania.
To clip in your skis without a shuttle, the most comfortable option remains staying at the foot of the slopes: here is our selection of ski-in ski-out hotels in Courchevel. You can also stay in Courchevel Village 1550 or in Le Praz: these villages are included in the same Courchevel Valley pass.
